We recommend booking our services at least 2 to 3 days in advance. However, we also offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. Feel free to contact us for inquiries.

Yes, you can! We offer a variety of customization options based on your preferences. You can change balloon colors, add name and age foils, and more. Simply reach out to us to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: What do you mean by time slots?

Time slots refer to the specific periods when you can schedule our services. For example, if you select the 2-4 pm time slot, our decorators will arrive at your location by 2 pm, and the decoration will be completed by 4 pm.

Q: Do you offer same-day decoration services?

Yes, we do offer same-day decoration services. Please contact us to check availability for your desired time slot.

Q: Do you only provide materials, or do you also handle the decoration?

We provide both the materials and the decoration services. Our team will arrive at your specified location with all the necessary materials and ensure the decoration is set up on time.

Q: How much time do you take to set up the decoration?

The setup time depends on the complexity of the decor and the size of the venue. Simple setups usually take 1-2 hours, while larger installations may require several hours. Rest assured, we always strive to provide a timely and efficient setup.

Important Information

• Rental Items: Metal stands, lights, and other equipment are on a rental basis and will be collected the day after the event.
• Ceiling Access: You will need to provide a stool for reaching the ceiling.
• Balloon Setup: Balloons will be hung using cello tape, as we do not use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Tape Removal: Please remove the cello tape immediately after the event. If you experience difficulty, use a hairdryer to blow hot air on the tape to avoid wall damage.
• Booking Recommendations: Book 7-10 days in advance to secure your spot, or up to 12 hours before the event if space permits. For last-minute bookings, please confirm by calling us.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours: No refund.
• 24 to 72 hours: A Rs.1000 or 50% cancellation fee (whichever is lower) applies.
• 3 to 7 days: Rs.500 cancellation charge.
• More than 7 days: No cancellation charge.
• Weather or unavoidable circumstances: Rescheduling only. Special rules apply for special days and perishable items.

Cancellation Highlights:

• No cancellations for Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, or select dates.
• Special packages incur a 100% forfeiture fee.

Reschedule Policy

• Less than 24 hours: Rescheduling is generally not permitted.
• 24 hours to 3 days: Free rescheduling.
• More than 3 days: Free rescheduling.
• Special Dates: No rescheduling allowed on Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and other special occasions.
