  • Customization: Yes, you can customize the decoration according to your preferences. We offer a variety of options, including balloon colors, name and age foils, and more.
  • Time Slots: We offer flexible time slots to accommodate your schedule. Choose from our available time slots to fit your needs.

Important Details

  • Rental Items: Metal stands, lights, and other equipment are on a rental basis and will be collected the day after the event.
  • Ceiling Access: You will need to provide a stool for reaching the ceiling.
  • Balloon Setup: Balloons will be hung using cello tape, as we do not use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
  • Tape Removal: Please remove the cello tape immediately after the event to avoid wall damage.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours: No refund. 24 to 72 hours: A Rs.1000 or 50% cancellation fee (whichever is lower) applies. 3 to 7 days: Rs.500 cancellation charge. More than 7 days: No cancellation charge.
  • Reschedule Policy: Less than 24 hours: Rescheduling is generally not permitted. 24 hours to 3 days: Free rescheduling. More than 3 days: Free rescheduling.
