What to Expect
- We recommend booking our services at least 2-3 days in advance, but we also offer same-day delivery subject to availability.
- Our decoration setup time varies depending on the complexity of the decor and the size of the venue, but we strive to complete setups within 1-2 hours for simple installations.
- Please note that balloons will be attached using cello tape. Therefore, it is essential to remove the tape immediately after the event to avoid wall damage.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- We recommend booking 7-10 days in advance to secure your spot, but we also offer same-day bookings for last-minute needs.
- Cancellation fees apply for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, with a Rs.1000 or 50% cancellation fee (whichever is lower) for cancellations between 24 and 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is generally free for bookings cancelled 24 hours to 3 days in advance, but special rules apply for special dates and perishable items.
