Our Decor Setup Process

• We provide both materials and decoration services, including metal stands, lights, and other equipment on a rental basis.
• Our team will arrive at your location with all necessary materials and ensure a timely and efficient setup.
• Balloons will be hung using cello tape, and we recommend removing the tape immediately after the event to avoid wall damage.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

• Please book 7-10 days in advance to secure your spot, or up to 12 hours before the event if space permits.
• A Rs.1000 or 50% cancellation fee (whichever is lower) applies for cancellations between 24 to 72 hours prior to the event.
• No cancellations are allowed for Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, or select dates, and special packages incur a 100% forfeiture fee.
