  • Rental items, such as metal stands and lights, are provided on a rental basis.
  • Ceiling access is necessary for balloon setup, and you will need to provide a stool for reaching the ceiling.
  • Balloons are hung using cello tape, as we do not use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
  • Tape removal is the responsibility of the client, but we provide instructions on how to remove the tape safely.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We recommend booking our services 7-10 days in advance to secure your spot. However, we also offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. For last-minute bookings, please confirm by calling us.

Cancellation policy: Less than 24 hours – no refund, 24 to 72 hours – 50% cancellation fee, 3 to 7 days – Rs.500 cancellation charge, more than 7 days – no cancellation charge.

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling is generally allowed 24 hours to 3 days in advance, but special dates like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and other special occasions may have different rules.
