Important Details

• Rental items, such as metal stands and lights, are available on a rental basis and will be collected the day after the event.
• Please provide a stool for reaching the ceiling, as we do not have access to ladders or other equipment.
• Balloons will be hung using cello tape, and you are responsible for removing the tape immediately after the event to avoid wall damage.
• For last-minute bookings, please confirm by calling us to ensure availability.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and that’s why we have a flexible cancellation and reschedule policy in place.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• 24 to 72 hours: A Rs.1000 or 50% cancellation fee (whichever is lower) applies
• 3 to 7 days: Rs.500 cancellation charge
• More than 7 days: No cancellation charge
• Weather or unavoidable circumstances: Rescheduling only
